2. Booking and Payments

   All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start date of the tour. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

   Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: More than 30 days before the start date: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses. 15-30 days before the start date: 50% of the total tour cost. Less than 15 days before the start date: No refund. In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

4. Changes to Bookings

   Any changes to bookings must be communicated in writing. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or the same rates. Additional charges may apply for changes to bookings.

5. Travel Documents

   Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.

6. Health and Safety

   Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. It is recommended to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses and trip cancellations. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.

7. Liability

   North East Tours will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control. We will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

8. Conduct

   Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards other travelers, guides, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any client from the tour if their behavior is deemed unacceptable.

9. Use of Website

   You may view, download, and print pages from our website for personal use, subject to the restrictions below. You must not: Republish material from this website. Sell, rent, or sub-license material from this website. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on our website for commercial purposes. Edit or modify any material on the website.
