Day 1 - Arrival at Railway Station/Airport (Dibrugarh)

On arrival at the Railway Station/Airport (Dibrugarh), the driver from "North East Tours" will pick you up and drive you to the hotel in Dibrugarh. Check-in to the hotel and get freshen up and then take some rest. In the evening come out of the hotel and take a stroll to the local market. Later, get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 - Local Sightseeing

In the morning after having breakfast we will get ready & do the local sightseeing. First we will visit "Barekuri Village" (means 'twelve times twenty' and is a cluster of many small villages clumped together to form a big one). Here, we will view the hollock gibbon which has indeed coexisted peacefully with human beings for over hundred years. Then we will go on a short trip to see the water dolphins amidst the setting sun over river Dibru and then explore the "Dibru-Saikhowa National Park" (which is famed for Ferral horses , a total 36 species of mammals and above 400 species of birds have so far been recorded). Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 - Drive to Sivsagar & then to Jorhat

In the morning after having breakfast we will check out from the hotel and drive towards Sibsagar. Sibsagar is a city with a rich and ancient cultural heritage. After reaching Sivasagar we will visit the "Rang Ghar" (oldest surviving amphitheater in Asia which is a two-storeyed building that once served as the royal sports-pavilion where Ahom kings and nobles were spectators at games like buffalo fights and other sports). Then we will visit "Talatal Ghar" (is the largest of the monument built during the Ahom era). Then we will visit "Kareng Ghar" (it is one of the grandest examples of Ahom Architecture and the structures were made of wood and stones). Later we will drive towards Jorhat. On arrival we will check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 - Drive to Majuli & then reach Kaziranga

In the morning after having breakfast we will check out from the hotel and then drive towards "Nimati Ghat" to a ferry to "Majuli River Island" (World largest Inhabited River Island, known as the treasure of Assamese Culture).We will visit "Kamalabari Satra" (which is famous centre of art, culture, literature and classical studies). Then we will visit "Auniati Satra" (which is famous for 'Paalnaam' & 'Apsara' dances also remarkable for its extensive assortment of ancient artifacts, Assamese old utensils,jewellery and handicrafts). Then we will drive towards Kaziranga. On arrival we will check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5 - Kaziranga National Park

Early morning around 5am, you will go for elephant ride and come back to hotel for breakfast. Then after you will go for a jeep safari (vehicles are permitted only from 7am-4pm everyday). After lunch, visit the "Orchid Park" to observe different varieties of orchids. You can also visit "Tea Garden", "Coffee Plantation" & can also watch the "Cultural Show Of Folk Dances". Later we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 - Drive to Guwahati

In the morning after having breakfast we will check out from the hotel and drive towards Guwahati. After reaching Guwahati we can take you out on sightseeing of Guwahati city. The notable places to check out and enjoy in Guwahati are Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, Balaji Temple, Umanada (the smallest river island of the world), and then dinner cruise on the Mighty River Brahmaputra (own payment basis). Later we will check into the hotel in Guwahati for an overnight stay.

Day 7 - End of the journey

Guwahati Hotel → Railway Station/ Airport (Guwahati)

Early morning we will check out from the hotel and be ready to set off to visit the most holy temple of Guwahati (Kamakhya Temple) situated in Nilanchal Hill. The temple will be opened at 8.am. Then we will drop you off to the Railway Station/ Airport (Guwahati) for your onward journey to your home.
