Day 1 - Arrival at Airport (Imphal)

On arrival at th Airport (Imphal), the driver from "North East Tours" will pick you from the Airport and drive you towards the hotel. After check in you can freshen up and then we will go for the local sightseeing. First we will visit "Shree Govindajee Temple" (it is the largest Vaishnava Temple in Imphal). Then we will "Khwairamband Bazaar" (the world's only market whose shops are owned, run and controlled by only women). It is a bustling market where we can get to see colourful, fresh and wide range of vegetables and fruits. Here we can buy traditional handicrafts like handwoven Shawls, Skirts, Handmade Vessels. Then we will visit The final stop for the day would be "Khonghampat Orchidarium" (it is dedicated to the collection, cultivation, preservation and display of wide range of 500 varieties of orchids). Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 - Local Sightseeing

In the morning after having breakfast, we will get ready for the local sightseeing in Imphal. First, we will visit "Loktak Lake" (one of the largest freshwater lakes i the world). Then "Sendra Island" (it is located in the Loktak Lake from where we can get an aerial view of the water body which is an active fishing site and home to the fisherman colony. Then we will visit "INA Memorial" (where Indian tricolor was first hoisted on Indian soil). Then we will visit "Japanese War Memorial" (it is an important memorial of WW2 built by local people to recognize the numerous Japanese lives lost). Then we will visit "Sadu Chiru Waterfalls" ( it is a picturesque site famous for its perennial waterfall a a scenic foot hill). Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay. Then at last we will visit "Keibul Lamjao National Park" (the only floating national park in the world which is majorly composed of large masses of floating weed, which can support a lot of weight). It is 53 km from Imphal and is located next to Loktak Lake). The National Park is home to the few surviving endangered marsh-dwelling brow-antlered deer of Manipur called "Sangai. Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 - End of the journey

In the morning after having breakfast, we will check out from the hotel & the driver will drop you at the Airport (Imphal) for your onward journey to your home.
