Day 1 - Arrival At Airport/ Railway Station (Dimapur) & Transfer To Kohima

On arrival at the Railway Station/Airport (Dimapur), the driver from “North East Tours” will pick you up and drive towards Kohima. After reaching Kohima, we will check-in to our pre-booked hotel and take some rest. Then evening is free time for leisure. We can take a stroll around the city. Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 - Kohima Sightseeing

In the morning after having breakfast, we will get ready for the local sightseeing. Firstly, we will visit Kohima zoo, which houses the state bird - the rare Tragopan bird and the state animal - the wild buffalo. Then we will visit Kohima Museum. Then after the War Cemetery and lastly the Kohima Cathedral Church. Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 - Kohima To Imphal

In the morning after having breakfast, we will get ready and check out from the hotel and drive towards Imphal. En-route we will visit Dzukou Valley View Point- Showcases beautiful mixture of red and white rhododendron, lilies and wildflowers in their full bloom. Upon arrival we will check-in to our pre-booked hotel and take rest. Evening is free for leisure, we can take a stroll to the city. Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 - Imphal Sightseeing

In the morning after having breakfast, we will get ready for the local sightseeing. Firstly, we will visit the Kangla Fort - an old palace at Imphal which is the most important historical and archeological site of Manipur. Then we will visit INA War Memorial. Lastly, we will visit Ima Kaithel - Mothers Market in Imphal which is the only one of its kind in India completely run and managed by women across different age groups. It is one of the city's unique travel experiences. Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5 - Beauty Of Loktak Lake

In the morning after having breakfast, we will get ready and go for a full day tour to Loktak Lake (the largest freshwater lake in Northeast India) which is famous for the phumdis (heterogeneous mass of vegetation, soil, and organic matter at various stages of decomposition) floating over it. We will also see Keibul Lamjao National Park (the only floating park in the world) located in North East India, which is an integral part of Loktak Lake. Later, we will get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 - End Of The Journey

Imphal Hotel → Railway Station/Airport (Imphal)

In the morning after having breakfast we will check out from the hotel and the driver will drop you at the Railway Station/ Airport (Imphal) for your onward journey to your home.
